Dog Barking at Owner Meaning

I love your positive outlook- but also those dog parents are awful and delulu. Like I can’t stand ignorance. They shouldn’t have allowed this to happen bc people KNOW their animals . I’m sorry this happened to you

my 10 yo sister got bit by a border collie a few weeks ago. it was a whole ordeal, it has not 1 lick of any form of training. the owner had been taking it in public & for the past few months it has been aggressive to people but instead of doing anything she just continues to take it out. my sister was not the first person her dog bit, the lady is incredibly rich and ignorant. we got the police involved & she’s now paying for all medical expenses that her dog caused. i’m just glad she’s not traumatized by dogs
